I hope you can see I had fun here. I'm working from life and have to say pears are more complex than you expect....it's hard to show the subtleties in their shapes and colors.
This has all kinds of papers from The Little Golden Encyclopedia, a vintage atlas, a typing manual, and an old dictionary. I like adding layers of text and maps in order to express the many influences that go into the simplest acts of seeing.
