I hope you all had your black eyed peas today. May your year be fabulous!! I appreciate you guys so much. Thank you for taking the time to look at my work this year and for the feedback you give.
Here's a side view of a painting I did today. Just need to do a better photo of it head on. The blue was hard to photograph. SOLD

You always made the best beans! I'm sure the black-eyed peas are no exception. :) I love seeing your work, makes me feel close to you.
Happy New Year! Love you guys!
That looks exactly like our meal today...yum. The second picture not the first. :) Love the spoons and blueberries! (And the globes.
Happy New Year! k
Lovely painting and so fun to see the Black Eye Peas. You must be a Mid-Westerner. When I lived in MO people would serve black eye peas.
Rhonda, we were on such a budget we ate a lot of beans back in Knoxville! I wish I could see you guys...am missing you very much.
Kathleen, we are bound to have good luck this year, now aren't we!
Ruth, thanks for stopping by! I live in Texas. It's a big southern thing also to eat black eyed peas on New Years, it's supposed to bring good luck. I wonder how that idea happened. Thanks about my painting. I loved checking out your blog and seeing your beautiful work.
